Flashlights from Intl-Outdoor are very highly regarded on Budget Light Forum and r/flashlight. They’re made by a friendly guy called Hank and you can only buy them on his website. There’s even a special r/hanklights.
These lights can all be ordered in many different configurations, with different drivers and LEDs. Although there’s only 10 flashlight hosts, there’s probably millions of possible combinations available and even more with the secret options. If you don’t know what combination of options to go for then ask on r/flashlight and you’ll get lots of recommendations.
I only have 2 Hanklights: a Emisar D4V2 with 4000K XP-L HI LEDs and a D4SV2 with 2700K SST20 LEDs.

JL Hawaii is also a retailer. He is amazing to work with and customer support is second to none. He orders them and other brands in different configurations. He doesn’t do the actual building but shipping is fast if what you want is in stock. His markup is barely noticeable and carries replacement parts as well.
